Effective science and innovation communication

We advise research institutions, universities, start-ups, innovative SMEs, science funding organizations, and scientists — and help them communicate their research effectively and efficiently.

/01 Strategy and organization.

Effective science communication begins with clear goals and strategies. We connect communication directly to your organization’s objectives. We help improve structures, workflows, and resource allocation, and we strengthen your communication team’s skills. The outcome? More efficient communication that requires less effort to reach your goals.

We help you identify and better understand the relevant target audiences and reach them through the appropriate communication channels. We assist in refining the strategic messages for these audiences. The result is more effective science communication with measurable impact.

At our clients’ request, we analyse the current state of their science communication and assess what the communication can and should achieve. The results form a solid basis for our recommendations on how to further develop the communication strategy.

At our clients’ request, we assist with the initial implementation of proposals and help those responsible for communications to manage the workload involved. The result is the full implementation of the suggested improvements.

Who we are.

We are professionals who come together on a project basis to bring the best possible expertise to the specific challenges of our clients. This makes us competent, fast, and flexible.

We draw our expertise from years of hands-on experience in the communication of various national and international research and research-funding organizations, as well as media outlets that report on science and innovation.

How we work — and what makes us different.

We believe in the strategic role of science communication for research and teaching organizations.

We develop practical recommendations for implementing communication strategy in day-to-day operations — even with limited time and financial resources.

Our primary focus is on the quality of our work for our clients.

Quality over quantity.

Whenever possible, we avoid working for multiple clients at the same time so that we can fully dedicate ourselves to each one.

Passion as a profession.

Our profession is our passion — and we act accordingly.

Pro-bono-engagement.

We use free periods for further training, tool development, or pro bono work for non-profit science organizations.
